5.BIRTH CERTIFICATE:-A birth certificate is an important record that documents the birth of a child. The term "birth certificate" can refer either to the original documents certifying birth conditions or to a certified copy of the upcoming registration of that birth or representation. Depending on the jurisdiction, there may be a record of birth or verification of the incident such as a midwife or doctor.you can contact your municipal corporation to issue it..


4.AADHAR CARD:-this is must for each and every citizen of india irresprctive of age,sex etc...A 12-digit unique identification number which is issued to all Indian residents based on their biometric and demographic data. The data is collected by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), a statutory authority established in January 2009 by the Government of India, which is collected under the jurisdiction of the provisions of the basis (according to the targeted delivery), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016


3.PAN(PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER):-PAN is mandatory for a multi-financial transaction such as opening a bank account, obtaining taxable pay or business fees, selling assets or purchases etc. more than the specified limits; Especially high value transactions

Pan is unique to every person and is valid for the lifetime of the holder throughout India. An important issue to note is that once issued, the PAN will not be affected by the change of address.



2.VOTER ID:-this id act as evidence of citizenship of country and must be there with every adult citizen of the country..
Voter card is issued to all Indian nationals who have attained the age of 18 and they are eligible to be voters. Someone has to apply on the prescribed form-6 of the Election Commission, along with evidence of ID, Indian nationality, age and residence.
If a person moves his/ her residence to another assembly constituency then he does not remain a valid voter of previous constituency. The person has to register afresh as voter in the new assembly constituency. Hence the new card is issued and old card becomes invalid.

1.INDIAN PASSPORT:-An Indian passport is generally owned by the citizens of this country. This is not just a travel document, it is also something that works as a valid identity proof. *ORDIBARY PASSPORT-this is issue to ordinary citizens of the country for purpose of vacation etc.
*OFFICIAL PASSPORT-it is given to important persons representing indian government.   

*DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT-this is issue to top ranking officials and diplomates of the country.
